Hey guys, I'm with the University of Calgary Schulich School of Engineering Formula SAE team. currently we are working on putting together a mini F1 style open wheel race car for competition in Lincoln Nebraska next June.

We custom manufacture our body panels out of carbon fibre and fibre glass using moulds CNC cut into foam such as the one below:

Recently however, during the construction of the nose cone piece, our current CNC machine operator took a leave of absence leaving us looking for another shop capable of producing what we are looking for. That would be somewhere with a CNC machine large enough to hollow out an item with dimensions of approximately 2mx0.75mx0.75m

I am uncertain where to start looking, but I figure beyond.ca is one of the better places to go for an opinion, or if anyone knows of someone that can help us out, please let us know.

Thanks!

Is Replicate Industries unavailable/unwilling to do the work? They did the molds a couple years ago.
