Choklat has by far the best chocolate and hot chocolate in the city. They use real drinking chocolate for their hot coco.

Have heard that this place, Epiphanie Chocolate (http://www.epiphaniechocolate.com/), makes up a not bad cup. Their chocolates are for sure quite good.
