I think it's just as much the house as it it the realtor in this case although the pictures are pretty bad.

Yes I use a professional photographer. Cost a few hundreded dollars each shoot. I also consult my sellers on staging and preperation of their home to ensure as close to perfection as possible

Worth every penny
