Hey guys, does anyone know or recommend an Anger Management course or classes OTHER than Calgary Family services? They're booked full right now until May and I need to find something sooner than that. I can't find anything else when I google it so I was wondering if anyone has had personal experience or somewhere they can recommend. Thanks.

I took one in BC. And it's a little disturbing how frustrating the course can be if you have a poor instructor / counselor or whatever you call them. I never finished so I bottle up my rage now.

Good luck finding one though.

HAHA... Uh oh, not the way I imagined the thread to go, and it only took six posts.

Isn't this Alberta? I thought you were supposed to start drinking and beating your wife to solve your issues.

Just some old man angst, it accumulates throughout the years.

I see it in my old man all the time...it's a shame however he doesn't have a medium like this to act as a pressure relief valve for it, his blood pressure would be better for it.

:D

Try the Calgary Counselling Center on 5 Ave and 9 St SW. Good people there, and they really helped me. Saved my marriage.

Yoga.

No joke. Just go. The benefit comes slow, but until then, tell yourself you're going to look at chicks butts.

You prolly want to start with a flow or ashtanga class.

It will take the edge off.

Edit: I suggest the yoga in addition to the classes, not as a replacement.

Is this something you want to do for your own benefit, or are you required to take it?

If you are required to take it, I don't think yoga or cranking one out will count haha.
