Has been, off and on for about a week and a half, I think.

Any ideas as to who or why? somewhat annoying because he's flying lowish...

I heard they found a hole in the fence and a bunch got through before they found it. The helicopter is just helping to round them up.

They were tracking a stolen vehicle last night for over an hour, CPS didn't want to engage in a car chase so HAWCS just followed the guy around and closed in when he stopped. I think the stolen vehicle was a Sebring. That's just sad.
