So the steering knuckle which has the wheel bearings inside, now has a little piece missing(grove at the top). Is there any way to fix this, will it be fine as is? the bearings were completely shot and wore a bit into it.

Should be fine. Just clean it up really good. Most of the bearing race will still be contained, but keep an eye on it and don't strain it excessively.

I'm assuming the bearing will sit further inside than the part that is worn? If that's the case then I'll just order 2 seals, 2 bearings , 1 spacer then put it back together

^ you may not need to if the journal that the bearing sits in isn't worn. I'd compare it to the other side using a pair of "calipers" if you can. Provided its not like that on the other side. I hope it's not worn, as without spacers that'll ruin the bearing in no time. It would be a bit difficult to find the exact O.D. and I.D. and the exact width you need, leave alone hoping that its uniformly worn. But check for any difference in uniform depth with the good side, if there is one.

I'll rip the other side apart and post it after, thanks.

The other side is fine and it looks like the bearing will still be fully supported since the part that's worn isn't in line with the bearing.

^ Okay, thats your focal point. Chances are, I'd replace the worn hub long before I'd screw around with spacers, if you can even get them, of which I assume you cant short of a machine shop making them for you (big $$$). If the depth is fine, as is everything else (being uniform wear) then I'd use the old one with the new bearing & seals. Id pay attention to whatever it was that caused that initially. Its not hard to have a repeat occurrence including a destroyed bearing. Especially now with that portion of the race worn right down.

A spacer in this case , goes between the 2 bearings.
