A few different users seem like their Banned3x. Mods would be able to tell if its the same people trolling though like in the Autonation thread also a lot of shill accounts like in the Basterdchild outting himself thread.

James started reporting posts in that thread a while before he actually posted in it, and he continues to report posts in it, so he's legit. A lot of the situations where people come in and try to defend companies is because they've just Googled their name and seen a neutral/bad thread on Beyond. First they report it, and they always says things like "It's illegal to put negative reviews of people on the internet". They throw around "slander", "assault", "hate speech" and the like. Hilarious.

Anyway, then they bump the thread, not realizing that it only serves to bring that thread out of the dead and shoot it up the Google rankings. You guys know the rest. 9 out of 10 people will end up completely ruining their reputation by arguing with Beyond in a juvenile manner. Sometimes we get a rare gem who explains situations with grace and, perhaps, offers reparations to those who feel they've been wronged.

It's really a Buy 1, Get 1 situation on Beyond. Not only do you learn whether or not to use a specific company, but you get a free lesson on customer service in the process.
