With a well built engine and a better choice of components, 1500-2000hp+++ is very much possible.
Having a 7-8 second car is pretty much in the bag unless he's using some idiotic rear end and tranny.

Looking at it technically. The Turbos feed into the superchager so how effective is the supercharger sucking in that warm pressurized air?

It's a show piece and not a performance piece. I'm sure as long as it starts and can drive on and off a trailer, the owner is happy.
