Parking ticket question

So I'm driving a car with BC plates and I got a couple parking tickets in Calgary at a Vinci Park lot and an Impark lot.

Does Impark and Vinci have access to BC registry information so they can send me a collections letter?

Don't bother paying, even people in Calgary don't pay these. There is nothing they can do.

I'm going to assume that they don't have access to BC registry info since they don't even have access to Alberta registry info. All they can do is tow you if you keeping parking in their lots and you have outstanding tickets. This can be fixed by requesting a new plate when you renew your registration.
