Latest piss off: People who smell like sweat at the office and it's just because they don't wash their clothes, not from working out.

I came to work yesterday morning, my computer screen was all black saying "Hard Drive Not Found" so it wouldn't boot up. Kept going back to the same Hard Drive Not Found screen. Called IT and told them, they said Okay your gonna need a new tower, seems to be a hardware issue.

Turned off the computer and turned it back on and now its working fine. Thanks IT :thumbsup:

I've never attempted to bench press 300lbs by myself using free weights.

I use the smith machine or hammer strength machine for heavy weights as I feel more safe as I'm by myself.

I don't work out like I used to, but I still do bench press exersizes with my home bench using dumb bells now, I find it more challanging than using the bar because you have to control them independently of one another.

One of my freinds I used to go to the gym with uses chains hanging out on the ends of the bars, kind of an interesting concept, the higher you lift, the heavier it gets. I think his bench is up around 430lbs... spotting for him is more like being there for peace of mind than safety, lol.
