Its funny, they have the Yen cost of the tire in the bottom right, along with the weight and the diameter.
Frickin' hilarious. I wonder how much air the loader tire would have gotten if the jump would have held up. Those guys are nuts testing that, that thing weighs a LOT. Leave alone at those speeds. I'd have a decommissioned bus down there parked sideways to stop it if everything else failed.
It would be funny if we did something like this with the now un-used COP ski jumps, using various things to test.

Besides being a repost, I just want to point out that all but the largest ski jump at COP is still used, also you'd never successfully roll a tire down there in its current state, and also you'd never be able to get a tire up there without getting owned by security anyway.

Interesting, I've never seen this posted. And yes, I get that about the security. Its kind of hard to pull this off without being busted. I wasn't saying doing this while trespassing.
