Sherwood Builders (Shane, AVI, Genesis)

I am thinking to build a new home in Sherwood, and the developer restricts the lots only to these 3 builders (Shane, AVI, and Genesis). Did anyone have an experience with any of these builders and their area managers in Sherwood.

I could not find reviews about Genesis. Did anyone experience their work quality and customer service?
Any help is highly appreciated !!!!!!!!

I have heard great things from friends about AVI. Not too sure about the other two builders. The thing to keep in mind is you will hear bad things about every new builder out there. But Sherwood is a great area. They have nice stucco homes in their previous phases.

Look up the JD power and associate ratings, I was looking at these rating while trying to determine my builder. and found that Genisis was ranked last i think a year or two ago. but it helped me a lot.

we've built with shane and avi (avi in sherwood many years ago) and both of them were okay. if i had to pick i think avi is a little better

Search this forum about Shane Homes. I believe there is an extensive review about them.

I have bulit 2 houses with Shane Homes. All in all good...minor problems.

Would recommend Shane or Avi. I had problems with Genesis in the past.
