That was awesome! Watched it start to finish. Drum solos are always one of my favorite parts of a concert. I remember Alex Van Halen doing a pretty good solo too last time around, except he looked like he was gonna keel over any second lol and Dennis Chambers, with Carlos Santana, well now he's gotta be one of the most underrated drummers out there IMO!I0uUYWF_i8w

I'll give a +1 for Neil Peart

Neil has got be approaching 60, and it looks like he didn't even break a sweat

Check out the hand crossing at 6:45, it's like the drums are an extension of his body.

Not all time but was very impressed. Was fortunate enough to watch him with the band rinsethealgorithm here in Calgary about 3 years ago.

Been a massive Rush fan for as long as I can remember. It's pretty awesome that even though Neil was already considered one of the greatest drummers of all time, he completely re-invented his playing style just because he wanted to continuously improve.

He is 60. The video you posted is about 10 years old, but when I saw them a few months ago in Edmonton he still hasn't slowed down or broken a sweat

Neil is an interesting fellow. If you want to know more about him and how he dealt with the tragedies in his life, read his book Ghost rider. He did some serious motorcycle touring in that book.
