So my factory rim size is a 195/65/15, I plan on going to a 16 inch rim. but what tire size should I use so my speedo wont be out to lunch?

I'd did some looking an looks like I should use a 205/55/16 could anyone confirm that for me? but my next question is if i use a 205/55/16 my factory ride height will change from 25.1 to 24.7 will I come across any clearance issues? also the rims im waiting on have a +35 offset an will be going on a fwd.

What kind of car? If your car came with a 195/65R15, a 205/55R16 or a 225/50R16 will keep your diameter/circumference accurate.

Manufacturer to manufacturer and model to model overall sizes will vary slightly even in the same written size so don't get too hung up on small increment. The rule of thumb you want to use is keeping everything within 3% of the original circumference.

205/55/16 would be the closet option to your stock tire size diameter. But as tirebob stated, stay under 3% and your good.

My stock size on my 240 was 205/60/15 all around and I ran 205/55/16 fronts, 225/50/16 rears with no fender mods and stock suspension. The rim offset was +15 though. Un-sure if I need to do any fender mods when I drop my coils in though
