Looking to get health insurance for me and my wife since work doesn’t provide any. I only see online applications on websites like Manulife. Do any of these places have retail offices I can walk into and talk to someone? I’d rather not deal over the phone or online for this matter. Maybe an insurance broker or something. Anyone have a positive referral? Never looked into it before as work usually covered this. Thanks

I have Blue Cross through work and they seem decent enough. Haven't had any issues with claims or anything.

The employer vs whats offered to the rest of us via blue cross is very different coverage... We dropped it as they werent covering our basics.

AMA sells Manulife Health Insurance as well Life Insurance

Financial Brokers sometimes sell personal plans and life insurance plans as well.

I personal wouldnt get life insurance coverage from a bank.

For life insurance talk to skandalouz_08 on here. He might even do the health coverage stuff but I'm not sure. If you're incorporated I would also suggest looking into a PHSP / PHSA strategy.
