Possibly count me in as well. Since it is a bit of a long ride, I hope it isn`t too cold!

Is there an exact address of that meet up location so I can GPS it before hand...thanks!

updated the list again. for those of you bringing guests please make sure they know that this isn't a hooligan type deal. People taking off at 200km/h are welcome to do so...but not while riding with this group.

I may have to bail tomorrow. My best friend wants to go to Lethbridge to sell some stuff, to which he needs me and my other truck for.
I'll let you know if anything changes.:)

Rode most of the route yesterday afternoon. all in good shape. some new wavy pavement coming out of one of the valleys but nothing major.

Was a good time thanks for putting it together. . Maybe next time we go to a pub that can handle a crowd haha, almost spent more time waiting for food then riding. I'll be definitely be out as much as I can this summer.

Whens the next get together?

I'm glad everyone enjoyed it. I had planned on it being slightly quicker, but with a group that big it's harder to orchestrate passes, so it was what it was and for a first ride of the season it was pretty good in my opinion.

yeah, no kidding...usually that place is better, but they were clearly weeded from the start.

I'm working like crazy for the next couple weeks, then going to texas for a week, so nothing from me until at least May...Maybe once the road out to Forget Me Not opens we can set something up.

Once it's significantly warmer out I'll be planning a golden triangle ride as well. It's a bit of an iron butt ride, but broken up right it's nice. You need to leave at about 7:00am in order to get back to town by 9:00pm if you plan on stopping for food and what not. Here's the route, with both directions planned using the Bow Valley Parkway where available.

^ Looks cool. I've never tried that. I think I'll do that this year, but spend the night either in either Golden or Lake Disease.

It's a really good ride. I'm hoping that the 1A is still in good shape this year. It's a long day for sure, but it's fun...

I'd also like to do a Going to the Sun road trip, but that will definitely be a 2 day trip. You could do it in a day...but it would be about the same length as the Golden Triangle...and Kalispell is a nice little town, so it's worth spending the night in.

Last time I went down that way I spent the night at the Super 8 in Columbia Falls, which was actually not as bad as I thought it would be given it was $48 a night :P
