So here you go.
2 - 45lb plates
2 - 35lb plates
2 - 25lb plates
2 - 10lb plates
4 - 5lb plates
1 - 50lb Olympic style barbell
1 - Olympic style curl bar
1 - Pull down bar ( not in picture but there )
1 - One handed pull down grip
1 - Fully adjustable bench with Squat rack and dip bar.
2 - 50lb dumbells not in picture ( at a friends )
2 - 30lb dumbells
2 - 20lb dumbells
Total 500lbs.

I can't recall the exact number but I believe it was $1100.00 for everything. Tax included. Everything is still like new. Its pretty hard to wear out a set of weights :tongue:
The dumbells look exactly like this.

did you get my pm?
is there a pull down pulley that comes with the bench? noticed the pulldown bar/grip comes with the set but no mention of a pull down attachment.

No there is no pull down setup. I just bought a couple pullies and made my own in the basement. Just used a couple eye anchors and screwed them into my main supporting beam and then hooked up the pullies. Worked great!
