no you don't, that place has been in full on warfare with the county for zoning and stuff since it opened, unless that's changed in the last few years, it's more of a headache than it's worth.

haha beyond would be better off to try and buy the old RCAF base off dunbow road, at least it's paved (sort of). I'm pretty sure it's the same place i did my AMA defensive driving

So don't turn it into commercial. Renovate the Bleachers/building into your private residence, and have private events :bigpimp:

Holy crap, any way we can at least rent this to do an event? Why the hell has that just sat there unused for years? The long stretch could be setup for some whatever meter dashes and you could set up a little road course with the straight area and the infield. Hopefully the tarmac isn't so badly trashed in the areas that look intact that it couldn't be used for high speeds and fast cars. This needs to be looked into!

it has been... and it is useless. last time cars saw any competition use of that air base, the photos were in black and white. its straight up destroyed

claresholm has a better chance... but its also still an active air field.

Oh, shitty, from the google earth photos at least some of it looked ok. Its a shame, we could be having fun on it. The southbound runways looked totally fucked but the east west and the infield looked at least paved. Gah! Sucks. :banghead:

Farmer got sick of vandals so leases it.
