Hey. I just bought a car from Van. It has no rock chips at all. I'm looking to get the front 3m'd. Would anyone have any suggestions on a good place in Calgary?

Thanks.

Hey, like maybe try out the Beyond search tool . it does work quite well.

It doesn't work well with 2-letter searches, actually....

Joe at auto tech does 3m now I believe. He did a great job with the di noc on my roof

And search doesn't work with less than three characters

So OP wins, gets others to do legwork. Beyond (including myself) is just so good at spoon feeding people.

Not an ass by any means, just pointing out the obvious and apparently that annoys you.

If its already got chips, you should really touch them up or repaint before applying 3M.

My gf got 3m on her rav4 a week or so ago at Icon Tinting and they filled the rock chips for her. Don't know if all services fill in the chips or just select shops. She didn't have that many so I would assume as long as you don't have like 30+ they might do it for you.

Speedog - it would've been much simpler to just not respond instead of acting like a know it all asshole. Beyond is a community - why don't we just help they guy out instead of just bitching and complaining. I hope next time you have a question (which you won't cause you know everything about anything) nobody helps you out.

^ +1.

I've been meaning to get 3M for my car too and coming to this thread actually saved me some time searching myself for a reputable shop.

I got my 3M done at StoneGuard up in the NE. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I would just like to thank all who replied to my question with the courtesy that I have come to respect from the Beyond community.
