Hey guys,

I have a co-op interview next week and I know the salary question is going to be brought to the table.

What is the average salary per month for a co-op term in the oil&gas field? I can gauge most industries except this one. I have relatively little experience with it and any help would be appreciated!

I don't wanna give them a low anchor nor do i want to aim too high and be rejected.

Thanks!

2600 bucks a month is what's paid to co-op at Talisman.

It depends what discipline you are. Are you engineering? Accounting?

From the people I know in engineering, the salaries ranged from 2600 to 3600 per month...

Your school should also be able to give you figures (As some postings list wage). Go into the program office who is handling it - at least where I work (NAIT) we give it out to students.
