Go to Noma. Ranked as the world's best restaurant.

When I was there we just wandered around. The food there is really good. Lots of cool Hybrid and fusion restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't recall any names for recommendations.

There is a nice fishing pier area lined with pubs with outdoor tables (and blankets) that is nice if the sun is shining too.

As someone already mentioned, Christiania is worth a wander.

You can always do as the locals do and grab some Tuborgs and go sit by the river too. Unfortunately (and surprisingly), they still allow smoking in their bars and pubs. I was disappointed in the bar scene compared to the rest of Scandinavia. Definitely still the fishing community feel!
