There's a little place in the Crossroads Market that has a great selection of hot sauces. Fresh peppers is a tougher one but any farmers market may have something when in season.

Not sure if it was Chocolate Habaneros but Basha Grocery by Sunridge Way and Barlow had the best selection I've seen of different fresh peppers including Habaneros.

If you are in a pinch, I find Sobeys has the best selection among the big stores. They usually have fresh habaneros, jalepenos and others.

I go to the one in the dirty NE, not sure if it's the same in the rest of town.

Thanks guys. I'm from Nova Scotia and in Halifax there's a place called Petes Frootique and had the most amazing pepper selection. I figured Calgary would have something close to it. Chocolate habaneros they had there fresh and are wayyy hotter then regular habaneros. They are awesome.

The best bet I find for truly hot, tasty peppers are the farmers markets... but you have to check the stalls during the harvest season if you want good ones.

Otherwise, the only other places with hot peppers I've found is the Walmart in Airdrie (as previously mentioned).
