I've read that number 3 is way better than number 2.

Seen 2 and thought it was alright, but a lot of stuff that is, in my opinion, inconsistent with the first one. Besides, I can't stand Edison. Bring back Andy and Tony!

I think number 2 was pretty good, it gave a darker history behind Andy L. 's character. Unlike the first, when everyone kinda have compassion on his character and want him to have a clean slate.

Let me know if you find it locally. I saw the ad in the Chinese papers a couple weeks back but didnt' pay attention to where it was being sold. #1 was alright. I've only seen bits and pieces of 2 so I'll hold judgement. But Leon is in #3...that can't be a good thing...LOL.

I have one .. ( knock - off , but DVD version, super good qulity, and hv both canatonese and mardarin)

The worst part is ... wrong region ! I have to use my old dvd player to play it ! :dunno:

I think they only have it inMandarin now but the best place to buy DVDs is in the Dragon City mall downstris towards the back entrance. Tons of selection and 3 for 20 bucks.

The authentic IF3 is labeled as Region 3 but its suppose to play on all region, same with 2. They just put the label there for legal reason.

You can get Infernal Affairs 3 in Cantonese for cheap in Dragon City for around 10 bucks or head to T&T and get it for 25 bucks which I think is better.:D

i think they should have 3 in canto by now (last time i checked it was in :guns: madarin), probelry gona go run down there on friday n grab 3 movies for $20. and that store is the only place i buy my chinese dvds from since they are cheap n quite fast, but sometimes the dvds there could be a cheaper quality dub or in :guns: mandarin

I picked up the official DTS Canto version at the old Franklin mall on Monday. It's at the cd/video shop on the T&T side, the one that sells the real stuff, not pirated. Got it for $22.99 plus tax. :thumbsup:
