Plan to heading to either Cuba or Mexico

Guys,
I plan to go to either Cuba or Mexico for about one week resort in Feb. or April next year. And I prefer Cuba in Feb. next year.
Try to find good website or agency with cheap and location to buy ticket.
Does anybody know good place with cheap price inclusive everything.
Please help me where do you usually guys ticket to trip there and let me know which is location and what month is better.

I say go to Cuba.

However if you want to bring back a bunch of cigars I would avoid going in Febuary. The International Partagas festival is held every Febuary in Havana so it gets pretty busy during that time.

We went to Flight Centre and booked through them. Decent pricing for what we wanted. My wife liked the peace of mind of if something went wrong before hand we could go in and deal with it in person.

I prefer Mexico to Cuba, but that's just me. Cuba will be a bit less expensive but the food there is pretty awful... lol.
