Need someone to make me something out of wood

My portable AC provided a window cover for the exhaust vent but it's too big for the window I'm using it in. I need someone to basically make me a window cover for the exhaust vent that's a bit smaller. It doesn't need to be anything fancy, just a small piece of wood with a hole in it.

Anyone help me out? If so, how much? :)
