I'm interested, but what does "entry to win the purchase" mean?

Everyone that has purchased a car at platinum from the start of last month to the end of june has their name entered in a box, only july 13th at the CMOD 3 car show im putting together we are pulling a name and paying that persons bill of sale amount to them in the form of a cheque. Not a lease or any fine print really. You dont have to pay the car lien off if you dont want use it for whatever.
