I work for the marketing company that works with smart Canada and are looking for smart angels across Canada to participate in a great new program!
As a personable, knowledgeable and social smart angel, you will be surprising and delighting potential smart fortwo buyers across the city by visiting them at home or work, accompanying them on a test drive of a smart, and answering any and all questions they have about the world famous vehicle with a divine level of charm, passion and courtesy. No wings required.
The smart angel is a sweet summer gig for a promotional model who enjoys and has a passion for driving, social media, meeting new people and soft-selling one of the world’s most intelligent vehicle purchases – the smart fortwo. This position is a 12-week, 20 hour-a- week contract for individuals in Victoria, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. French/English bilingualism is a must in Ottawa and Montreal, and is a bonus everywhere else.
Your responsibilities:
* Taking test-drives to prospective buyers – you will be required to drive to different locations and take potential smart customers on test drives.
* Soft-selling – you will need to answer any and all questions about smart that prospective buyers have with enthusiasm, civility and knowledge.
* Socializing – you will be required to arrange test drives through your own social media connections and through the program’s website/social platforms.
* Being on call – you will need a flexible schedule, as the timing of your visits will vary as much as the places you will need to go.
* Training – you must commit to attending two intensive training sessions in May before you start on the week of June 10th, 2013.
Who we’re looking for:
* Promotional models in Victoria, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
* Valid driver’s license (G Class in ON, Class 5 in BC and QC).
* Highly organized and detail-oriented (no Zoolanders need apply).
* Social media savvy (masters of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Knowledgeable about the automotive industry and fans of smart.
* Professional, reliable, outgoing and experienced.
* Perfectly fluent in both French and English (mandatory for Ottawa and Montreal, a bonus everywhere else.)
While we will try to be flexible and book appointments according to your schedule, applicants must be able to provide 20+ hours a week, including weekends, starting June 10th to August 31st. If you plan on being on vacation and unavailable for test-drives for over 10+ days in a row during this period, please do not apply.
