so, i find myself in airdrie on a sunday morning. sitting in the car waiting for a coffee in the timmie's parking lot.

this couple rolls up, in two separate cars, they park with a stall gap between them. NEITHER parks in the lines.

i open my door and yell "hey, you mind parking properly. you are not even close to being between the lines"

A couple of tires all of a sudden lacking air in that white truck plus a note on the windshield thanking them for their fabulous parking job might've driven a point home. Not something I would do or condone plus there's usually cameras everywhere recording all sorts of stuff - guy in the white truck was a complete ass though.

I think it's Orkin(pest control company), but they usually stays very short term so why bother

People have to realize that trucks need to get out to, you may be able to get into a spot if a couple are open, but you need an escape plan to. So sometimes you may have to take a spot that screws up another one, but you do what you gotta do to be able to leave again.

Also the cars above may have know one another. The mustang could have let them out to go some where and then parked where it was again to save the space.

Because there are pretty much no parking stalls where you can fit an actual truck in without having the front or rear hang out. Either the front or back will hang out of the stall, no way around it.

No way of knowing if that was the last spot or what. But even if it was free, the truck could not have parked where the Jeep is.

It was easily a foot and a half from the wall.. I guess I should've angled my camera better but it was after work and I was really only thinking about going home LOL.

Anyway, like I said, it was end of the day, I was parked about 2 stalls away. When I parked my car at 1PM, that truck was not there. So it definitely pulled in sometime in the PM. And there were definitely spots in other parts of the parkade.

What the city needs in those adjacent spots are "Compact Only" signs. It's a primo spot too as it's right on the 1st floor. Anyway yeah not only do these big trucks take up a ton of room, a large number of them park like shit everywhere, rendering the spot next to them useless. Fuck I could probably fill a whole thread of pics everyday of shitty parking in my parkade. They've even had signs in the past reminding people to please be courteous and park properly. :banghead:
