I put in a new 256 GB SSD OCZ Vertex 4

I also am willing to now part with my 22" IPS monitor with it.

I also added a wireless adaptor in it so it barely has any wires.

they are mini and wireless, I was trying to build something sleek like a mac and so the accessories match the overall design.
