I have been cleaning my AEM filter with a diluted mix of dish soap and water for over 3 years. Filter still looks new.

Any sort of mild detergent will clean it just fine. AEM cleaner is probably just repackaged "x" product. But if you really want it, i'm sure Mopac can order it for you, just be prepared to wait. Personally I'd just throw it in a bucket of warm water and some Simple Green.
