Don't know if I'd be comfortable being in the vicinity of a 4000hp car doing a pull.

dyno operator might get a bit hot standing at the console during pulls

i wonder what electrical service is required to run this thing lol

At 4000hp capability I'm sure with a few pulls that thing could power a small town if it had regenerative resistance.

It's pretty bad ass. Biggest problem with higher HP cars is that roller/tire interface. Other people make pods, but nothing of this calibre.

Derek's car makes about 2800hp by MPH, and 3200hp by fuel flow, but we can only run enough boost to get to about 1400hp on my dyno before shit gets shaky, and making repeatable runs at that level leaves something to be desired.

That being said, at that level of motorsports, there are better and more accurate ways to tune, so even though this thing is NEAT, I am not convinced of it's actual practicality.

I still want a new toy ;)

4k HP... wowzers. I didn't think it got much past half that.

  Cool cool. Whats the cost on one of these?
