Surprisingly, they're worth quite a bit. AMG and Ducati used to be partners, there was supposed to be a SLK55 AMG Ducati edition and a C63 Black Series Ducati Edition, along with this bike. Audi/Lamborghini all of a sudden bought Ducati and that was the end of the partnership.

Mercedes cancelled both their Ducati edition cars, and Ducati decided to release the Diavel AMG anyways in very limited numbers. Now the collectors are holding on to them.

haha not really. I don't know much about the bike at all, just a few AMG guys I know that bought them and have been talking about 'em.

I just followed the AMG/Ducati partnership and watching for the C63 Black Series Ducati Edition.

^ dude, go to bow cycle. Most of their bikes start at $2k. The higher end ones go for around $8-10k plus. Its fucking stupid money for how little you have to show for it in the end. Unless I was training for the Tour de France, I'd never ever drop that kind of coin in a fricking bicycle.

You can say that about a lot of things, electronics, cars, motorbikes. I wouldn't bat an eye at spending 5-6k for a bike, a sweet mountain bike and not a faggy road bike.

True, one can say that spending the kind of money on a performance car is crazy when getting from A to B is all that's needed.

If you are a dedicated cyclist, mountain bike or road bike, you are going to have to pay for the best technology available. As long as you enjoy every penny of it, why not?

Now buying an expensive equipment mainly for bragging right, that's gay.
