Best place to find roommates?

I'm currently in the process of buying my first house. I'm looking for what people have found to find roommates. Have an ad up on kijiji and rent faster. Any other suggestions?

I've tried living with friends, but that just tarnishes friendships. Rather live with randoms for a bit.
