Been meaning to check it out. Is it possible for anyone to have lunch there or take a look around? Or do you need to know someone who works in the building to let you in as a visitor?

A 53 second phone call told me "No. Very security conscious, no general public allowed."

Kinda makes sense for a bunch of oil companies. I had a buddy who knew a friend that worked in the building and was able to get a visitor's pass and the full tour. There's a food court and Starbucks up there apparently.

You need to go with an Encana or Cenovus staff member and sign in to get a visitor's access card (and remain with them the whole time).

There are 3 sky gardens; Cenovus' is comparitively pretty weak, almost no food options and lowest in the building. Encana's is much better, 2 full cafeterias and one offers up some basic Starbucks, and a better view being 18 storeys higher. The shared one is the nicest view being near the top, but no food/drink venues at all there.
