I just fixed a small hole in my rad and after being done, I noticed my car was still over heating. I tried to add coolant except once you added a little it would spew it back out. I think I have a air lock in the cooling system. How can I remove the airlock?

easy easy. take off the rad cap when the car is cold, turn the heat to the max, start your car, and let it idle for like 10 minutes.

if its not doing much on its own, u can encourage it by beating the rad and yelling at it

if you are gonna yell, make sure you curse as much as humanly possible...

Oh and try to make sure you car is on as level a surface as possible when burping the cooling system...

if your rad cap isn't the highest part of the cooling system on your car, then this "Easy" trick will not work too well. you have to find the coolant system vent screw to remove the airlock
