Question for OBI phone users

I'm trying to call Europe but every time I put the number in the phone it'll dial and then just come back with a busy signal. I dialed a different number and a voice came on from Google saying I needed credit on my account, however I have around $9 still remaining. I've tried using GoogleVoice from my gmail account on the computer and it works perfectly. I used my OBI phone to call a US and Canada number and it too worked as it should. Just something about overseas that it doesn't like. Any ideas?

Did you put a + sign before the number?

This may be a dumb question...but on a regular phone do you have to put that in, as I don't see it on my phone.

Thanks. Tried that and unfortunately I'm still getting the google man telling me I need to add funds :( I'll talk to OBI and see if I can sort this out.

One more thing to try: dial 011 before.

011 then the country code then the area code then the number ?
