My intake

On the advice of my brother (B18C), I went to Tunerworks today to get a new intake. Nelson takes a look and tells me that the intake and the piping I have sucks ass and suggests that taking off the intake and going back to the regular filter would actually do my car good. So I did and now my car has a deeper sound to it, and I think it may have actually given it a little more pep. I guess this goes to show ya that not all modifications are positive.

Actually I also find with a stock airbox you can get a bit more torque outta it

You can really notice the change in horse power & torque.. from

just changing the air filter on a civic engine?? I've never noticed

a difference in my friends cars , just better gas milage, and diff.
