2L 8v engine

im gonna purchase a 2L 8V engine for 650 buks(AUS) and then adding a dual downpipe plus goin to do headowrk
wats the possible power gains.......

n how much would a chip(any recommendations) n i been told to do a BIGCAM (dont know wtf is dat so could u plz fill me in ) and also a cold air intake (would it do nething)

if i do all as above how much would it get

cause like i dont know much bout the power gains besides more torque lol
