- Bought this car for the wifey with 8kms from Ericksen Nissan roughly a year ago. Only selling as we are looking to upgrade our 2nd vehicle. We are the original owners with the original bill of sale, all maintenance records from Mills Nissan (closer dealership to us) as well as all other maintenance records from Mr. Lube, Kaltire Etc. This Maxima is the SV Premium meaning it has the Panoramic Sunroof, Ventilated front drivers seat, Rear Sun Shade and installed with a Rear View Camera (side mirrors will tilt down as soon as the car is put into reverse) on top of the stock black leather seats, power everything, dual climate control, faux wood center console etc. The car is equipped with every option other than Navigation. Interior and exterior are in pristine condition. Their is an outstanding loan but will be cleared the same day i sign over the bill of sale.

Disclosure
- The wifey was driving while an unsuspecting driver decided not to shoulder check and go into her lane. Minimal damage considering it could have been worse, the final price was set out to a little under $1700. All that was replaced was the passenger door, fender and side mirror. No frame damage. The other person had TD insurance while I had Statefarm so this was a professional job instructed by two great insurance companies and done professionally by Transform Spoilers. 1 Accident in total throughout the whole time we have owned the car.
Payment
Bank drafts or certified cheques are the only acceptable payment methods. No pay pals and low ballers will be laughed at and completely ignored. Only trades that I will consider is if you have a 10+ C63, 11+ MDX, 11+ Cherokee SRT8 or vehicles within that calibre (cash on my end of course). If you dont have it please dont ask. Not in a rush to sell by any means, like i stated above, we are only selling to upgrade. It has been a great car throughout summer and winter, no issues whatsoever and will be none for the next owner. Next major Nissan service schedule is needed at 48,000 km's.
