They are nice.... just not very efficient with all the odd angles in some of the units.

Agreed completely.

The finishings and the building itself were really nice, but the sharp angles and support pillars in the units made the space pretty unusable in my opinion.

Ya don't get me wrong the finishing does look nice, I just think the space is fairly hard to put to use haha..

You need to be creative with furniture. Setup properly, they can be functional (and stylish!). A rectangular shaped condo does have more usable space though. They're expensive, but the finishes and ammenities are top notch.

An elevator opens directly into Sunterra so you never have to walk outside. That being said, wearing shorts in -30 weather while grocery shopping in Sunterra with a starbucks in your hand gets a lot of funny looks from people who don't live there.

2 bedrooms are $400k+. Maybe Jordan can comment.

looked at almost every new tower going up in downtown.

320k-ish for 1 bedroom, 390k-ish for 2 bedrooms to start is almost universally standard. Then for every floor you go up you're looking at an extra 1000-2000

Floor plans are horrendous. The Keynote side for businesses isn't much better.

I just moved in a week ago to my 2 bdr... there are more angles but if furniture is selected carefully it looks much nicer than many square-rectangular condos.

I just started looking at buildings as well, I am interested in Mark. They charge $1000 per floor you go up, is this standard practice for most developments?

That sounds pretty reasonable actually. When I bought into a condo building from Qualex a couple years ago they were asking $3000/floor.

You may want to double check this, depending on what floors you are comparing to.

Say you compare floor 3 to 4, it may be 1k difference, when its floor 29 to 30 its about 3k more.
