I've got a friend of mine who's urgently looking for a place to rent before sept 1st for him and his brother.

I believe his cap is $1200.

Like I said he needs something ASAP please pm me if you know anything immediately available!!

Don't know of anything personally, but rentfaster has lots under $1200. He'll probably need to hit the phones to find out if any of those are currently vacant.

Their renting out like its going out of style.

A friend is/ was renting a basement suite north of 16th ave off of 4th street for a similar price range. PM me with contact info and I could pass it along. No guarantees but ill try.

Can't say for sure, but I imagine vacancy rates are the lowest they've been ever in Calgary. If not it's damn close. Also it's back to school time so that's also not helping at all.
