I rather be in yoga studio IMHO


I personally go to Moksha yoga on Macleod Trail when Im in Calgary. semi clad , 20- and 30 somethings in a group setting and i the therapeutic is of a heat setting promote circulation. If the cost of yoga turns you off up to $20/class

go to your local lululemon and they offer at least one free class a week. great thing is its a different yoga instructor from the local area and you can try different styles.

Also most yoga studios offer a introductory special $20/25 week or $40/month depending on the studio.
