Watermelons are green, and I don't see any green there.

There is yellow, though, but watermelons don't have yellow.

To me, it looks like the guy has really bad teeth and gums that are infected and bleeding, like if he had severe periodontal disease.

Maybe a joke cake for a dentist?

I'm not gonna lie: when I saw that the thought of going there to buy it definitely crossed my mind. Maybe by eating it I would gain it's courage.

DQ has cake decorators (I did it for a couple years in high school) and they have their DQ designs to copy onto the cakes. Some stores allowed decorators to do their own thing, I did free hand cars and trucks (sold well with the young boys). This is obviously a design someone did by freehand and absolutely failed. lol.

I think that person put yellow on it to illustrate tooth delay and poor dental hygiene. Maybe the decorator was jealous that most black people have such white teeth that he decided to "get back" at them by drawing this.
