Ecu tuning-Mercedes C300

My cousin just bought a C300 and is asking about a chip upgrade or ecu tune. Anyone in Calgary do this or does he have to ship his ecu out?

The car is NA so I can't imagine there are any gains to be had. I could be wrong though.
