I'm looking for a bit of advice here from more experienced home owners than myself. I am looking at getting an A/C installed in my house but I'm not sure what would be the better season to buy it in. On one hand in the fall they are probably trying to get rid of stock but on the other in the spring I feel as if there would be better prices.
I got a quote last week to get a 2.5 ton Goodman unit installed for $3000 even. I'd rather wait until the spring because that cash could be better spent elsewhere but I am a sucker for a good price so I don't know if I'd be able to find something comparable if I waited a 7 months.
Opinions?
