CA Recommendation for new incorporated contractor.

I'm an O&G IT Contractor currently working as an employee of a contracting firm, but looking at incorporating and getting paid as a contractor. I've been told by many that a good CA will be worth every penny and should be consulted before I go any further. My primary concerns are avoiding being classified as a PSB, and of course maximizing deductions without getting flagged for an audit. Any solid recommendations or advice would be appreciated.
