I have 2 parking stalls at my condo that I will be putting up for rent soon. This is my first time doing any of this. I imagine I would need some sort of contract/agreement drawn up.

What should I include in it? I seen a few contracts online but most were in the UK, anyone know any links that apply to Canada specifically Alberta.

Just want to protect myself from any lawsuits or etc.

I am a total noob at this process so flame on.

I took a template and modified it for what I wanted for a garage rental.
Basically saying landlord not responsible if car is stolen. Power is provided for battery tender, etc, whatever you discussed if he's allowed to weld or use a heater.
Also no flammible materials, illegal stuff, something so if your garage burns down, you can show your insurance company you tried and it wasn't known to you that he was a pyro and put a heater in there next to a can of methanol.

Yes in Edmonton.

Parking stalls are underground, heated and secure/monitored.

But I think its best if I do residents of condo only.
