Removing orange reflectors in the corner lights of a 96 civic

Anyone know the best way to do this? They have got to go. I want to have clear lights in the front. It's illegal here so I got these orange bulbs that let the lights pass for orange at night. Just want to get rid of the reflector so it looks clear during the day.
