Samsung Dryer Repair

Anyone on beyond know someone good to call?
My dryer went from working in the AM to producing no heat at all in the PM. No error codes to help me... the lint trap is all clean, same with the flex hose.

My Samsung clothes washer had a drain pipe get knocked off on the very last day of warranty.
Samsung set up Totem Appliance for repairs. Parts took a week to ship, and he fixed in an hour.

Designed to failed? :dunno:
But I was assured this was a rare incident and told never buy LG :rofl:

Thanks, I already put a call in to Samsung, and I will contact Totem appliance. I am just glad it's sunny and warm out today. OF course I had a dryer full of towels.
