I can't provide many of the answers you're looking for, but I had a buddy who worked at I-Tek for several years until leaving about 5 years ago. He really liked his job and the people that he worked with.

The only notable thing that I recall him telling me is that they are a bit more formal than other places - he had to wear dress pants, dress shirt and a tie every day. No khakis and a golf shirt there - and no casual Fridays!
